The city should commit for funding of the Lead Ride that will happen city wide on the following dates and the themes

Based on the inventory of available and potential types of assistance, the team should develop an initial scope of work that outlines the Lead Ride Program Deliverables and the Scope of Work and associated types of government assistance the team anticipates working on.
