Active Mobility Ecosystem

We are inspired by the model of the BCG that has published this Six Step Journey in Business Ecosystem Design. We would like to configure the ecosystem for impact and collective intelligence.

The Ecosystem vision is to:

  1. Create a valuable multidisciplinary enabling ecosystem in each city community across the globe.

  2. Leverage this ecosystem to build an all-in "Lead Ride " community from various sectors with priority on universities across the globe.

  3. Leverage this "Lead Ride" community and its feedback to build better active mobility enhancing systems and tools, enhancing how people walk, cycle, and live across the globe.

Outcome

Creation of a Consortium of Working Group of People committed to Active Mobility.
